Jolina Abrena is an experienced litigator
and has extensive experience in all areas of trial preparation,
settlement techniques, depositions, and discovery. Jolina has defended
public and private employers in lawsuits brought in federal and state
courts alleging unlawful harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and
disability accommodation. She also has experience in law and motion
practice, discovery procedures and appellate work.
Prior to joining the
firm, Jolina worked for Los Angeles area firms honing her litigation
skills primarily in the defense of health care professionals against
professional negligence actions.
