Michael, an associate in our San Francisco office, represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law.  He has appeared in both state and federal court, and he has experience in trial and appellate matters, as well as arbitration, mediation, and various administrative hearings. 

Prior to joining LCW, Michael worked as a litigation associate for firms representing both private and public sector clients.  Michael has litigated complex discrimination and civil rights cases, and he has focused his practice on employment law matters, particularly cases involving Title VII, FEHA, and ADA discrimination claims.             

Michael also is a member of both the California and Wisconsin Bar.
