
Gage provides client representation and
legal counsel to Liebert Cassidy Whitmore clients in all matters
pertaining to labor and employment law. Gage is experienced in
representing and advising employers on issues pertaining to employment
discrimination, wage and hour law, medical and family leaves of absence,
employee discipline and termination, and employment guidelines and
policies. Gage represents a range of employers not only in court but
before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Labor Commissioner.
Gage is a member of the
University of California at Davis School of Law Alumni Association Board
of Directors and a Board Member of the Fresno County Young Lawyers'
Association. Prior to joining Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, Gage practiced
law in the Fresno office of a large national labor and employment law
firm.
Gage earned his Juris
Doctorate from the University of California at Davis School of Law and
his Bachelor’s Degree in History and Government from the University of Notre Dame.
