Donna Evans has more than 20 years of
litigation experience consisting of extensive discovery trial, arbitration, and
mediation work. She has managed large scale complex litigation. Additionally, Donna has developed policies and procedures
and advised clients on critical employment law issues.
In addition to her
legal and litigation background, Donna has management
experience, having served as a service division director of an Insurance Brokerage.
There she was ultimately responsible for commercial regulatory
compliance, contract review, and analysis and policy maintenance. Donna
implemented many improvements in the company’s policies and procedures
as well as provided training for staff and clients.
