Deborah Glasser has more than 20 years of successful labor and employment relations experience.  This includes serving as chief negotiator in traditional and interest-based bargaining, impasse resolution procedures and grievance administration on behalf of both employers and labor organizations.  Having spent the first 20 years of her career representing labor organizations, Deborah joined the Firm in 2007, confining her practice to the representation of public and private non-profit agencies.  Having developed invaluable insights into labor organizations as a result of the first phase of her career, Deborah brings an unprecedented insider’s perspective to the representation of management, which maximizes the ability of her clients to anticipate and counter issues developed by associations and their members.

In addition to this extensive background in labor relations, Deborah’s experience also  includes conducting training on a variety of employee relations topics, handling personnel related investigations, and managing the administration of employer human resource activities.
