
Linda Jenson has extensive experience and
expertise in all matters of employment law and labor relations. For more
than thirty years, she has successfully represented public agency
clients in negotiations, administrative proceedings, and litigation in
state and federal courts.
Linda has advocated on behalf of public
agency clients on issues involving discrimination, harassment, privacy,
compensation, public safety, employee discipline, grievances and
numerous other general employee litigation matters. She has represented
clients before boards, arbitrators, administrative agencies, including
the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission, the Public Employment Relations Board and the
Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. Additionally, Linda has negotiated
hundreds of collective bargaining agreements for her public sector
clients and has handled labor disputes arising from the negotiations
process, including sick-outs and public employee strikes.
Linda is one of the presenters that is
most in demand for conducting workshops on all aspects of employment law
and labor relations.
After earning her law degree, Linda
taught for two years at the UCLA School of Law.
