
Jesse Maddox has spent his legal career
advising and representing public sector clients in the areas of
employment and education law.
Jesse is experienced in
handling certificated and classified employee dismissals and student
expulsions for school districts.
Jesse has also dealt
extensively with law enforcement issues, including the Public Safety
Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act, and defending law enforcement
agencies in such areas as officer discipline, Pitchess Motion hearings
and excessive force law suits.
Prior to law school,
Jesse played semi-professional baseball in the National Adult Baseball
Association, where he was a member of the All-Star team.
Jesse earned his Juris
Doctorate from the University of Nebraska, College of Law and his
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of
Nebraska.
