Art Meneses has
over twenty years of civil litigation experience before state and
federal trial and appellate courts. Art has tried cases in both state
and federal courts throughout California and
has handled appellate matters in courts of appeal, including the
United States Supreme Court.
Before joining the LCW, Art was a partner with a California firm and
focused his practice on complex litigation involving insurance coverage
and good faith claims. Art also has extensive experience in
general business litigation. He has represented numerous business
entities from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies, as well as, many governmental entities.
Art’s employment litigation experience includes discrimination,
civil rights and FLSA. He has handled a variety of administrative
appeals.
