For over
twenty-five years, Timothy Owen has tried cases before state and federal
courts in California and New York.
Before joining the Los
Angeles office of LCW, Timothy was lead trial counsel in a varied
practice, including complex business litigation, defense of wrongful
termination, professional negligence, insurance bad faith and unfair
business practices suits.
Timothy’s experience in
teaching continuing education to professionals on minimizing their
liability exposure will further enhance the firm’s extensive management
training.
