Frances provides representation and legal
counsel to clients in all matters pertaining to labor and employment
law. Frances has extensive litigation related experience, including
deposition and discovery, settlement and court
proceedings.
Prior to joining
Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Fresno office, Frances worked for a Central
Valley firm handling a variety of civil litigation.
