Stacy L. Herberg's experience centers on representing employers in litigation in the areas of labor, employment, and education law. In addition to her work for our clients, Stacy also prepares the firm's monthly newsletters, Fire Watch and Briefing Room.
Before joining LCW, Stacy worked at a management side employment firm where she represented employers in labor and employment law issues regarding employee benefits, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA and unfair labor practices. Stacy also has extensive business litigation experience. While attending law school, Stacy worked as an extern for Judge John Munter at the San Francisco Superior Court and Justice James Lambden at the California Court of Appeals, First Disrict.
