Classification & Compensation Consultant

The Classification and Compensation Consultant is responsible for providing professional classification and compensation consulting services to statewide clientele. This role will conduct detailed and transparent total compensation surveys to assist clients in determining their competitiveness in the comparable labor market. The role will also complete comprehensive reclassification analyses to support clients in properly classifying positions within their workforce. Additionally, the role will seek opportunities to expand the consulting services offered and play an integral role in marketing and training on the topics of classification and compensation.
