Wage & Hour Attorney

The Wage & Hour Practice Group is seeking an Associate with 1-5 years of Labor & Employment experience. This candidate will handle wage and hour/FLSA labor and litigation representations and assist California employers to ensure that their policies and practices comply with wage and hour laws and best management practices through its audit services and preventative training. The candidate will also defend employers in complex wage and hour/FLSA class action and multi-plaintiff lawsuits through all states of litigation, including jury trials and appeals.
