While every year brings change to the laws that impact public safety, this year the Legislature was busy considering legislation that will materially impact public agencies and their employees, particularly those that work in or for law enforcement. This one hour webinar will cover new legislation driven largely by calls for social justice as well as recent court decisions that will most significantly impact public safety departments in a variety of areas of the law.
