This year brings significant changes to the salary-basis test for determining whether California private school teachers are exempt from overtime and meal and rest breaks.  AB 2230 created a new formula for determining the minimum salary requirements and SB 621 will permit teacher salaries to be pro-rated for part-time instruction.  Please join us for a 30-minute webinar to discuss the top five things private schools need to know about these new requirements.
