The disability retirement process can often be a confusing and challenging process.  Recently, the California Public Employees’ Retirement System’s (CalPERS) introduced changes to the requirements for employees and additional requirements for employers. Join us, as we will explore the employer's existing obligations and provide guidance to complying with CalPERS' new requirements.

Who Should Attend?
Risk Managers, Human Resources, Supervisors, and Managers. This webinar will focus on PERS agencies.

MCLE:
Liebert Cassidy Whitmore is an approved MCLE provider. Participating attorneys are eligible for 1 hour of MCLE. The person from your agency that registers for this webinar will receive the official set of MCLE forms. In order to receive your MCLE credit, you will need to complete and return these forms that will be available at the workshop.
