MCLE:
Liebert Cassidy Whitmore is an approved MCLE provider. Participating attorneys are eligible for 3.5 hours of MCLE. Forms and instructions will be provided along with the presentation materials.

HRCI Credit:
This class has been submitted for HRCI approval.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received by October 9, 2025, to receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after that time. Participant substitutions are accepted any time prior to October 15, 2025.
