Harassment Prevention: Train the Trainer (Los Angeles, CA)

Become a certified trainer of required Harassment Prevention training for your agency!

California law (AB 1825; SB 1343) requires employers with five or more employees to provide harassment prevention training to all employees by the end of 2019. Supervisors must receive 2 hours of training every two years or within 6 months of their assumption of a supervisory position. Non-supervisorial staff must participate in the 1-hour course every two years.

Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, the leader in client education, is offering “Train the Trainer” sessions to provide you with the necessary and required tools to conduct mandatory of AB 1825/SB 1343 (harassment/retaliation), AB 2053 (bullying), and AB 1661 (elected officials) training for your agency.

  • “Professors or instructors” in law schools, colleges or universities who have a post-graduate degree or California teaching credential and either 20 instruction hours or two or more years of experience in a law school, college or university teaching about employment law under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and/or Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964.
