In this training, we will discuss the labor relations bills passed in 2025 that will take effect on January 1, 2026, and how public agencies should modify existing policies and practices in order to comply with these new legal obligations. We will also discuss bills that were introduced, but did not pass or were vetoed, so that agencies can better predict and prepare for what may be future changes in the law.
