The webinar will provide an overview of case law regarding unions’ right to access work areas, secure areas, and employer communication systems such as email to conduct union activity. Attendees will gain critical insight into how to balance their legitimate interest in maintaining security and operational efficiency with employees’ rights to communicate with their union representatives.
