Kimberly Horiuchi

Kimberly A Horiuchi is an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney in LCW’s Sacramento office with considerable experience conducting workplace investigations. Kimberly has conducted investigations into a wide variety of allegations including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misuse of public funds, fraud, violence in the workplace, violations of conflict of interest statutes, and violations of personnel rules and policies.

In addition to serving as an investigator, Kimberly also monitors and oversees investigations conducted by investigators and provides advice and counsel on next steps following an investigation. Kimberly also uses her more than twenty years of litigation experience to advise clients during and after an investigation on implementing best practices for avoiding litigation and the best ways to bolster an employer’s defense, if litigation occurs.

Kimberly achieved her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley, and her law degree at University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
