He regularly works with clients to audit and update personnel rules and policies, confirming that they are in compliance with current laws and regulations. His practice involves representing and advising clients on a variety of labor and employment issues that also include labor negotiations, unfair labor practices, employee grievances, and matters taking place before PERB. He also provides advice and counsel to local police and fire agencies regarding internal affairs investigations and other workplace investigations, and has experience prosecuting employee discipline and termination proceedings.
Gage provides management-side representation and legal counsel to clients in all matters pertaining to labor and employment law throughout the State of California. This includes both private sector and public sector employers, including cities, counties, special districts, hospitals, businesses, and packing houses, among others.
