Ariana Fil

An Associate in the San Francisco Office, Ariana advises clients on labor, employment and education matters. She is a skilled researcher who most recently has examined constitutional issues related to COVID -19 regulations as well as the alleged freedom of speech infringements on social media platforms.

While in law school, Ariana was a staff editor of the Hastings Comparative and International Law Journal and member of both the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation and Human Rights and International Law Organization.  She is a Moot Court Best Oral Argument Award recipient. She has served as a law clerk and had the opportunity to serve as an intern for an elected member of Irish Parliament.

Ariana is basic conversational in both Spanish and Portuguese.
