Bryant S. Forster is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where he provides counsel on labor and employment law matters and represents clients in litigation.
Prior to joining LCW, Bryant worked as an Associate at a prominent Los Angeles-based law firm, where he represented clients in litigation involving real estate, employment, business, and entertainment disputes. He has extensive experience managing cases from inception to resolution, including drafting dispositive motions, handling written discovery, and defending depositions. He also has a proven track record of appearing in court for hearings and crafting effective legal strategies for complex matters.
Earlier in his career, Bryant served as a Legal Intern/Extern with the legal offices at Nellis and Vandenberg Air Force Bases. There, he conducted comprehensive legal analysis on criminal and civil matters under military jurisdiction, developed legal strategies for discovery and deposition, and assessed government liability under the Tort Claims Act. His experience also includes advising clients on issues such as bankruptcy, tax, and government contract compliance.
Bryant earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he served as Senior Staff Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
