Keenan O’Connor is an Associate in the San Diego office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore.  Keenan is experienced in all phases of litigation, including developing responsive pleading strategies, dispositive motion practice, and all phases of discovery, including crafting written discovery and deposition preparation.  Keenan is also well versed in mediations and settlement negotiations, and is experienced in expert witness consultation.  Keenan has handled complex matters for various clients and strives to represent his clients in an efficient and effective manner.

Keenan previously served as the Deputy District Attorney of the Misdemeanor Trial Team, Special Prosecutions Unit within the Orange County District Attorney office where he tried nine jury trials and prepared roughly 30 cases for jury trial.  There, he also penned and argued 50 evidentiary motions and preliminary hearings.  In addition, Keenan formerly served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. C.W. Hoffman of the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, where he analyzed law and drafted court orders and bench memoranda in connection with employment, business, and class action disputes and criminal proceedings.
