Nandini Ruparel

Nandini Ruparel is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where she provides expert advice and counsel on labor and employment law matters.
Prior to joining LCW, Nandini served as an Employment Attorney at a prominent law firm in San Francisco. In this role, she represented clients in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other employment law issues. She managed all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and leading court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
Earlier in her career, Nandini served as an Education Attorney at Legal Advocates for Children and Youth in San Jose, representing families and students in various education law matters, including IEP and 504 meetings and expulsion hearings. She was also a Disability Rights Fellow at Brown, Goldstein, and Levy, where she contributed to significant cases advancing disability rights under the ADA.
Nandini earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she received the Emery Scholarship for academic merit and served as the Internal Vice President of the South Asian Law Student Association. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Southern California, graduating cum laude. She is proficient in Hindi and Gujarati and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
