Mid-Level Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

The San Francisco office of LCW is seeking to hire a mid-level litigation associate to join its labor and employment practice. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of California with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment matters, including wage and hour, PAGA, and FSLA. Prior employment litigation experience is required, including 1st or 2nd chair trial, mediation, or other dispute resolution processes.
