Hannah Dodge
Associate
Hannah Dodge is an Associate at the firm’s San Francisco office. She has conducted workplace investigations into allegations including mass shootings and violence in the workplace, as well as claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She also advises clients on education, labor and employment law matters.
In addition to serving as an investigator, Hannah has experience overseeing the investigation process, including retaining outside investigators, preparing the scope of the investigation, analyzing investigation findings of fact, providing legal conclusions and recommendations, and working with employees and board members throughout the process.
Prior to her time at LCW, Hannah was a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights where she investigated and resolved discrimination complaints and conducted compliance reviews in order to enforce federal laws on discrimination and to ensure equal opportunity. Hannah earned her Bachelor’s degree, Masters of Art in Higher Education, and Juris Doctorate from Boston College.
