Julie L. Strom

Julie brings her many years of experience counseling and advising employers to her investigation practice. She has conducted investigations for county agencies, private schools, and private corporate employers. Julie has investigated matters including allegations of race and gender harassment, religious discrimination, workplace bullying and threats, and other employee misconduct. In addition to conducting workplace investigations, Julie regularly oversees investigations conducted by other investigators.

Julie has also provided training to in-house investigators through LCW’s Train the Investigator program, which meets the CRD Guidelines for investigators.

Julie earned her earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. In addition to her law degree, Julie holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute, Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California. During her program, she completed externships at the EEOC Mediation Program and the UCLA Office of Ombuds Services.
