Stephanie J. Lowe

Stephanie Lowe is Senior Counsel in the firm’s San Diego office. She has conducted workplace investigations into allegations including harassment, discrimination, bullying, theft and misappropriation, violence in the workplace, and failure to perform operational duties. She has handled investigations into both employment matters and student matters. Stephanie specializes in connecting with witnesses during interviews and delivering thorough investigation reports with detailed written analysis.

In addition to serving as an investigator, Stephanie has a separate practice overseeing investigations conducted by other investigators and advising clients on the investigative process. Clients rely on Stephanie to ensure that their investigations comply with due process and best practices. From beginning to end, Stephanie reviews allegations, drafts the scope of the investigation, advises on the confidentiality and privilege of the investigation, and gives recommendations on policy violations and corrective actions. Stephanie also conducts trainings on investigations, which includes tailored trainings for specific entities on how conduct investigations that best suit their work environment and policies.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law San Francisco.
