Ana Fuentes

Ana B. Fuentes is the Director of Human Resources for LCW, leading the team responsible for developing a robust talent management program. In her current role, Ana oversees the firm’s overall human resources strategy, including sustaining the firm’s robust culture, talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, leaves of absence, talent development, and employee relations. Ana’s focus currently lies on standardizing LCW processes across all five of our offices, implementing new firm HR policies and procedures to strengthen the LCW employee engagement and experience, reinforcing a culture where employees feel included and valued. Ana comes to us as a senior HR professional with over 20 years of human resources expertise working in AM Law 100 and 200 firms.

Ana is working towards completing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles. Additionally, Ana has obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.

Professional and Community Involvement

In September of 2023, Ana was appointed Co-President of the HR Management Association at University of Southern California.

Ana serves as an active member of SHRM, ALA,USC HR Management Association, Fulfillment Fund Alumni Network, the Mindful Return Working Parent Leadership Group Network, and the Alpha Sigma Tau National Sorority.
