Ashlyn Marquez is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. Ashlyn has dedicated her career to providing labor law advice and counsel to public and private employers. As an expert in labor relations, she not only supports in the development of labor proposals, bargaining strategies, and personnel policies but also regularly conducts complex workplace investigations.
Prior to joining LCW, Ashlyn represented private and public entities specializing in employment matters. Ashlyn also served as Chief Negotiator for the California Superior Courts where she strategized with management to determine financial and policy goals, lead stakeholders through sensitive employment matters, conducted deep dives into complex investigations, in addition to developing and delivering a variety of professional trainings.
Ashlyn obtained her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law and her B.A., in Cultural and Media Studies, from Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at The New School.
