Julia Franco
Associate
Julia Franco is an Associate in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Los Angeles office. Julia provides representation and counsel to LCW clients in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour law. Julia is also skilled with alternative dispute resolution, including experience at all levels of the mediation process, from material preparation to settlement.
Prior to joining LCW, Julia was an Assistant Team Lead at a Los Angeles law firm where she managed a large caseload of various wage and hour class action and PAGA representative matters for state and federal cases. Julia gained additional legal expertise through her time clerking where she managed various aspects of litigation for employment-related cases, handled various stages of discovery, conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on various employment and labor-related issues, and assisted with mediation and settlement.
Julia attended Southwestern Law School where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. During her time at Southwestern, Julia was the President of the Labor and Employment Law Association. Julia also worked as the Lead Article Editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law Honors Program. As an undergraduate, Julia attended the University of California Riverside where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History/Law & Society.
Professional and Community Involvement
Julia is currently an active member of multiple professional organizations including the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
