With another legislative session over, the Legislature has once again introduced a number of bills intended to implement reforms to law enforcement and policing in California. This two hour webinar will cover the ins and outs of new legislation that will significantly affect the administration and day-to-day operations of public safety departments in a variety of ways, as well as an update on the ongoing implementation of the police certification framework and Senate Bill 2 clean-up legislation. This webinar will help attendees understand and navigate legal changes that will impact the administration and personnel management of public safety departments.
