2026 Public Agency Legislative Roundup
This year, Governor Newsom will sign into law numerous labor and employment bills that will affect public agency employers, their operations and their relationships with their employees and the employee organizations that represent them.
To stay on top of these important legislative developments and ahead of the upcoming changes that the new laws will require of your public agency, please join us for LCW’s annual Public Agency Legislative Roundup.
We will review the new laws, assess their likely impact on public agency employers and recommend action that your agency can take now, so that your agency is prepared when the new laws take effect.
