Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received 2 or more business days before the webinar are eligible for a full refund, minus a nonrefundable $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received fewer than 2 business days before the webinar are not eligible for a refund.  If a recording is available, we will gladly provide access after the session.  No-shows will not be refunded.
