In this session, we’ll unpack these important (and often tricky) topics with real-world case studies and an open Q&A. Nonprofits will learn how to identify when a mental health concern might qualify as a disability, what goes into that determination, and what accommodations are most commonly requested. We’ll also look at practical, proactive ways California nonprofits can promote wellness in the workplace while staying aligned with legal and operational needs.
