This practical, practitioner-focused presentation distills classification and compensation into 10 clear, usable rules that HR professionals can rely on in their everyday work. Rather than dwelling on theory, the session focuses on applying class and comp principles to routine work such as reviewing and updating classification specifications, assessing reclassification requests, identifying appropriate benchmark classifications and comparator agencies, performing market job matching analysis, surveying total compensation data, and maintaining salary schedules and internal alignment over time. Foundational concepts are embedded directly into each rule, ensuring attendees understand both the technical purpose behind the work and the practical steps needed to execute it effectively.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received 2 or more business days before the webinar are eligible for a full refund, minus a nonrefundable $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received fewer than 2 business days before the webinar are not eligible for a refund. If a recording is available, we will gladly provide access after the session.
