• Labor relations and collective bargaining, including negotiations under EERA, HEERA, and NLRB, contract administration, and strategy development for higher education institutions
• Representation in unfair practice charges, impasse proceedings, factfinding, mediation, strikes, and related matters before the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) and other labor agencies
• Labor agreement audits and revisions, including review and drafting of contract language to ensure compliance with evolving legal requirements and best management practices; and analysis of contract interpretation risks and clarification of ambiguous provisions
