We represent and advise higher education institutions on civil rights compliance and defense under Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, the California Education Code, and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). We provide strategic guidance on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and equal access issues affecting students, faculty, and staff, and defend institutions in administrative proceedings and litigation arising under federal and California law.
