Chase Booth is an Associate in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s San Diego office and a member of the firm’s Workplace Investigations practice. Chase conducts impartial workplace investigations involving sensitive allegations and employee concerns. He also advises clients overseeing work performed by outside investigators, including defining the scope, coordinating the process, and reviewing reports and findings. His employment litigation experience, including cases in which the adequacy of an inquiry was challenged, provides valuable insight into the procedural and evidentiary issues that affect whether conclusions withstand scrutiny.
Before practicing law, Chase oversaw operations, fundraising, and grant development for a nonprofit organization. This background gives him a practical understanding of how workplace matters affect employees, leadership, and day-to-day operations. He brings a thoughtful, organized, and solutions-oriented approach to each assignment.
