Max Sank

Max Sank is a Partner in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Los Angeles office who conducts impartial workplace investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other misconduct. He also helps clients manage and evaluate investigations conducted by outside investigators. His experience advising organizational leaders on sensitive workplace matters gives him a practical understanding of the need to maintain stability, protect the integrity of the process, and respond appropriately to the results.
