Monica M. Espejo

Monica has handled a variety of investigations and regularly investigates claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She understands that each investigation requires a tailored approach to fully address the allegations, and has served as an impartial investigator for sensitive and complex complaints in the workplace. Monica has extensive employment litigation experience and, as an experienced litigator, utilizes her knowledge and experience to conduct thorough, unbiased, and legally compliant investigations.

Monica graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2007. Prior to law school, Monica graduated from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she majored in Classical Guitar Performance.
