Olga Y. Bryan

Olga Y. Bryan is an Associate in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s San Diego office and a member of the firm’s Workplace Investigations practice. She conducts impartial workplace investigations involving sensitive employee concerns and also helps clients manage and evaluate investigations conducted by outside investigators. Through this work, Olga understands the importance of a fair, thorough, and well-managed process, from defining the scope and maintaining neutrality to developing a complete factual record and reaching clear, well-supported findings. She brings a practical, legally informed perspective to sensitive matters and recognizes the importance of providing findings that enable clients to make informed, defensible decisions.

Olga’s approach is also shaped by her employment litigation experience, which includes cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has handled matters in which the adequacy and integrity of a workplace investigation were closely examined, giving her valuable insight into how decisions concerning scope, witness interviews, evidence, documentation, and findings may later be scrutinized. Olga has also participated in LCW’s extensive internal investigator training, further developing the sound judgment, careful analysis, and attention to detail she brings to each assignment.
