LCW Attorneys authored an article for the Daily Journal discussing SB 223 and its entrance into the California public K-12 school system.  SB 223, also known as Jojo’s Act, provides an option for public and charter school boards to adopt a policy that allows parents or guardians to enter an elementary or secondary school campus and dispense prescribed forms of cannabis to their student.
