Alex L. Larrabee
Senior Counsel
Alex L. Larrabee is Senior Counsel in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s Sacramento office, where he represents clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters. His practice focuses on Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) litigation, wage-and-hour class actions, and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Alex has extensive experience handling claims involving employee misclassification, off-the-clock work, meal and rest period compliance, and overtime. He is experienced in all phases of litigation with a particular emphasis on law and motion practice to build strong evidentiary records that support effective advocacy.
Alex brings substantial experience working on high-stakes and complex matters. Prior to joining LCW, Alex worked for a nationwide Plaintiff’s firm where he contributed to litigation efforts resulting in significant recoveries. Alex also has a strong interest in legal technology and has worked extensively with emerging Artificial Intelligence tools to improve legal workflows, including applications in eDiscovery and litigation strategy.
Alex earned his J.D., cum laude, with a concentration in civil litigation from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and his B.A. in Government from Harvard University, with a secondary field in Sociology. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of California.
