With over three decades of high-impact financial leadership in the legal industry, Brock Buccola serves as the Director of Finance at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where he plays a central role in managing the financial integrity, operations and reporting of the firm.
Brock leverages more than 30 years of experience directing accounting teams, leading firm-wide financial strategy, and navigating complex audits and compliance matters across multi-state legal operations. His approach is hands-on and data-driven, honed through leading the financial backbone of a 160+ attorney law firm and steering them through major initiatives like accounting software overhauls, pandemic-era government programs, and profitability turnarounds. Brock is also a skilled mentor, having recruited and led accounting teams of 30+, and routinely collaborated with executive leadership on budgeting, tax strategy, and client intake process improvements.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Brock applies the same discipline, precision and integrity to his work at LCW by helping ensure the financial systems behind the firm’s legal services are as reliable and forward-looking as the counsel it provides.
