Duncan H. Dohmen is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where he provides litigation expertise and employment law advice and counsel on all public agency related matters.
Prior to joining LCW, Duncan served as an Associate at a prominent West Coast law firm where his practice involved commercial litigation ranging from contract and real estate disputes to environmental and employment law. Before this, Duncan was a Legal Assistant in Beverly Hills and externed for the Honorable Neil W. Bason at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
Duncan received his J.D. from Loyola Law School. During his time at Loyola, he served as a Senior Technical Editor and staff member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. In October of 2018, Duncan received the Judge Barry Russell Award for Outstanding Achievement in Federal Practice Study. As an undergraduate, Duncan graduated summa cum laude from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Management with an emphasis in International Business. Duncan also received a Bachelor of Arts in Japan Studies from Kansai University in Osaka, Japan.
