Ethan Wicklund

Ethan Wicklund is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where he represents public agencies in labor and employment matters. He brings a high level of litigation experience, with a background defending clients in employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims, including class action litigation.
Prior to joining LCW, Ethan advised and represented employers and corporate clients in a wide range of civil and employment litigation. His experience includes whistleblower and trade secret disputes, wrongful termination claims, and insurance-related matters. He has also counseled businesses on employment law compliance, including drafting employment agreements and workplace policies, and has supported litigation preparation through all stages of trial.
Ethan earned his J.D., with Distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s Honor List and served as Associate Articles Editor of the Global Business & Development Law Journal. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
