Jack Jackson
Associate
Jack Jackson is an Associate in the Fresno office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, where he provides legal counsel to public agencies on a wide range of municipal and employment law matters. He advises clients on governance, law enforcement, disciplinary proceedings, litigation, and policy development. Jack is dedicated to helping public entities navigate complex legal challenges while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
Prior to joining LCW, Jack worked extensively with municipalities, handling code enforcement, Brown Act compliance, and law enforcement matters. He successfully argued against the disclosure of law enforcement records in response to Pitchess motions and represented municipal clients in disciplinary proceedings before the California Department of Human Resources. His practice also included drafting ordinances, advising on surplus property disposal, and analyzing water law agreements between groundwater sustainability agencies and irrigation districts.
Jack earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law, where he was a member of the National Trial Team and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Law of the Sea. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, where he was named to the Dean’s List and competed as a member of the Big West Men’s Track Championship Team.
